Thank you so much. We all so enjoyed the Iberostar Beach Hotel and found the food the water sports and all the activities that they provided to be so much fun.The cousins got reacquainted and had fun just hanging out at the pool and doing all of the sailing on Hobie cats , para sailing and snorkelling.The food was very good too. We played golf at a wonderful course called White Witch. Beautiful views of the ocean but pretty expensive. So I don’t know what to say about the unused ticket We’ll have to see. And we celebrated our 54th anniversary and New Year’s so it was a jam packed week. Thank you again for all you did to make my birthday trip so memorable. ~ Karen

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the professional services provided by Diane Laubach. My wife and I have known Diane and relied on her for our rather extensive business travel for years (since she was with NCP). Diane understands our travel needs and preferences, our ability to be flexible at times to obtain a better fare, what types of seating arrangements we prefer, what flight options we will consider, our car preferences, etc….i.e., she KNOWS us. She also handles the occasional travel arrangements of several of my business associates.

Diane is very efficient, always has a nice/pleasant attitude with a warm laugh (even when I call her at 5:28 on a Friday J), and handles our requests in top notch fashion – In short, she is an excellent travel agent…

Great to get a card from you–thank you. Thank you for booking the trip for me–everything was wonderful!! Very wonderful. I was lucky enough to know someone while we were boarding at Dulles and we got a bump up to First Class~~Wow! Wasn’t that wonderful??!! Also briefly met and got pictures with a celebrity chef -Jose Andres (he’s from Spain). The Citidines was just right and in the right spot for us — we were on the quiet side, not Las Ramblas side…perfect. We rode buses or walked to the beach. We rode subways and took a train North, to Blanes Beach. We also met with our family– priceless for my children to have done all of this with me. We packed in a lot of enjoyment, bonding and fun!
